How does DropBag work?
Find a location on the map, choose your dates and pay securely in the app. Show your QR code at drop-off, your bags are sealed and photographed, and you pick them up whenever you're ready.
Are my bags safe?
Partners are verified and sign our partner agreement. Every bag gets a numbered tamper-evident seal and is photographed at drop-off and pick-up. Every booking also includes free Basic protection up to €300, upgradable to €3,000.
How much does it cost?
Each partner sets their price per bag per day. DropBag adds a €0.99 service fee per booking, and you always see the final price before paying. No hidden extras, no peak pricing.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel more than 24 hours before drop-off for a full refund, or within 24 hours for a 50% refund. Mid-stay cancellations are prorated for unused days. The €0.99 service fee is non-refundable.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Amazon Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe and DropBag never stores your card number.
What can't I store?
Cash, jewellery above your protection tier, weapons, drugs, live animals, perishable food and hazardous materials. Storing prohibited items voids the protection.
How do I become a partner?
Join the waitlist as a shop or host and we'll contact you. In the app you sign the partner agreement, add your location and complete identity verification. Once approved, your space goes live and you're paid weekly via Stripe.
